Resida have managed my Property in Doncaster for over 10 years & can honestly say literally has been a piece of cake any rent always collected & paid to me on time hardly any issues with my tenant & if any minors ones Resida made sure they were dealt with promptly without any headaches for me couldn’t have asked for a better letting company to manage my property.Made a decision to sell due to some personal issues but the problem being had a sitting tenant who had been there for over 10 years more or less a headache free tenant & didn’t want to cause her any problems as she had been a great tenant so initially discussed options with Catherine @ Resida who by the way is excellent & great in what she does & really goes out of her way even though this was there 1st sale she managed to find a buyer very quickly who wanted to keep the tenant which was what I wanted but unfortunately they backed out of the sale but luckily Catherine already had another very interested party but who wanted the property vacant so she worked very closely with the tenant to help them move on fairly quickly without any issues so the property would become vacant so that the interested party would proceed with the sale this being Catherine’s & Residas first sale I cannot Thank them enough for there Proffessional manor from start to finish & especially as we had some challenges with the legals which Catherine helped to iron out by working closely with the buyers solicitors.Absolutely 5 star ⭐️ service & wish them all the best in the future Endeavors with not only the lettings side but know also the sales side. From start to finish Resida Property Services were fantastic. We saw the house on Facebook and contacted Kelly regarding the property. We viewed the property and decided to go for it. Communication was brilliant the whole way through. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Everything we needed was there and any problems we had were sorted by Kelly at Resida straight away. As I'm coming to the end of my tenancy with Resida property services, I am taking this opportunity to thank the staff for their professional, courteous and dedicated attitude, and also to highly recommend their services. From the initial signing of my contract up to me handing my notice I would like to say I have never experienced any problems at all with any of the services offered. Any faults repored to the office are dealt with quickly and they genuinely will bend over backwards to help. As I work, I also found it extremely convenient to have the option just pay my rent through a standing order. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks again guys.

Good clean rooms. nice cosy warm environment. friendly staff who are always on hand to help with any enquiries or problems that arise in the properties.... Internet and bills for the price is a bargain and comfort of mind.... The furniture in the rooms is new and consists of a wardrobea 2 tier bedside drawer and a sett of three drawers and double bed.... Showers are clean and upto date.... All mod cons and appliances. double glazing so noise is to a minimum...

Really efficient service , friendly staff . The room im renting is large comfortable and newly decorated . The kitchen is newly fitted with new appliances.
