I arrived on Sunday to explore possibilities in South Yorkshire for finding a new home - after having to return to England from Poland. On Monday morning I saw Whitegates - on my walk in to town - and went in to look. Immediately I was looked after and welcomed and given options. Quickly Julia understood my confused requests and lack of skill with iPhone - and I was helped. The process was smooth, fast and efficient. I viewed a property the next morning and by the afternoon had been taken through all the check and pieces of advice. Wednesday afternoon I was given the keys and hadn't needed to look anywhere else.

This company have been nothing but helpful and paris was absolutely amazing. It's my first time renting and she completely put me at ease when looking round my flat. Such a normal, friendly and chatty lady. After being in the flat for a couple of days my oven wasn't working. I informed the lettings side who said they would sort it. Someone came to my flat and sorted it for me the same day. Which I found absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this company!

Since Whitegates took over the running of this property from Diamond they have been very helpful, open and honest. We had a very unpleasant tenant for over a year who stole many items from all the other house tenants, he never worked from the day he moved in. Had drug issues and was really untidy and noisy with people coming and going at all hours disturbing the whole house. The police came looking for him on several occasions and bricks were thrown at the windows. Not long after Whitegates had taken over this property they have managed to get rid of this person to the relief of the house and probably at great cost to them and the owner of the property. The house is peaceful clean and now has a great atmosphere! We can not thank everyone at Whitegates enough throughout this process they have always taken our calls listened to our complaints in a professional manor and kept us all updated at each step of the eviction problem! Thank you Whitegates for dealing with a problem that really wasn’t yours to sort out and for bringing harmony to this property!!!!

Overall good service. Everything was quick and simple, the online forms made life so simple. Well done for that. A few little bits when we got in the house, like a few bulbs out and broken door stop, little things like that but nothing to get hung up about. And they are sorting all that stuff out anyway. The only thing I could say is that I would have perverted that to be sorted before we got the keys, and the floor was dirty from the decorators. All in all, fantastic company. Would recommend!
