We needed to find somewhere quickly due to the sale of our previous property and Steve and team were absolutely brilliant at sorting everything out - they went out of their way to ensure we got through the referencing process quickly and made sure that all the checks on the property were done quickly so we could move in on time.
Overall a great service and we really felt like the team went above and beyond.

Oliver came out to value the house, who was pleasant and not the usual salesman type person and had good local knowledge of the area and knew what prices houses would sell at in this particular area. The brochure was created and the photographer who came out was extremely helpful and suggested various options of showing each room to its full potential and moved bits around to make the room look it’s best. He took numerous photos all of good quality and if there was a photo I preferred, I was allowed to swap them to my preference. I found the staff member who dealt with me todate has failed to keep you updated on property offers and did not let you know when properties are taken off the market despite arranged viewings for the property .:( assume there a trainee
Unfortunately feel has not provided a good service for a potiential buyer
or selling a property to its maxmise potiential by loosing buyers with this method of lack sales persistence and information and organisation.
After my own constant persistent finally put in an offer on a property which went on public notice however did not put on public notice any higher offers excepted .. I wouldn’t waste time on this estate agents .. Not very efficient
Would love the area manager to contact me or leave there details in regards to this matter .There definitely needs to be more in-house staff training to implement better service and follow up to potiential buyers and more training for its staff and target sales
