I have been working with Fife Properties for around 6 months now. They manage 6 of my rental properties and I am extremely happy with every aspect of their property management service. I initially dealt with the Lettings Director Richard Cook, who is clearly an expert in his field and has outstanding knowledge of the rental market in the area. The rest of the team follow Richard's lead and are equally impressive. I have decided to invest into further properties in this area and Fife Properties are a key reason behind that decision.

I have found working with Fife Properties to be a real pleasure. I live in the States, and would find it very difficult to rent my house out, otherwise. The property manager, Ms. Shahieda Williams, is warm, engaging, and highly professional. I have phoned a couple of times regarding minor issues with the property and also some practical questions about life in Scotland, such as how to top up a Pay as You Go Meter. Ms. Williams has resolved each of my queries promptly and completely. From getting a new front door key to sending a PDF of the boiler operation manual to finding the nearest Pay Point location for me, she has always delivered expert problem-solving customer service with a smile. I come from a part of America where we pride ourselves on hospitality, and Ms. Williams had met and exceeded my high expectations of what "customer service" should be.

Shahieda has been the best person I've ever dealt with in the Glenrothes office. Recently I've had issues with my electricity and my washing machine and both were sorted within a very short space of time. I am very impressed and thankful for the service received. She was also very helpful when I requested information on what was my responsibility with regards to the property. A 5 star service for sure! :)
