I would highly recommend using Maloco & Associates for selling properties. Their team is very professional and give me confidence since initial touch. Their communication is prompt and to the point throughout the whole process, which makes the complicated and stressful part much easier. They can even help me to sell the property in a reasonable price within 1 week after it is on the market. Their legal services involved in the selling process is also excellent. Well respected local Solicitor who provides an extensive range of legal services. Only negative from my experience is the time it takes to update their property website. Often contains propertiesthat are already sold several months previously whereas other sites remove these as technically they are no longer on the market.

Fantastic service from Danielle, Bethanie and Vicky in the letting team. We were struggling to find a short term let with other companies, but Danielle understood how stressful this was and quickly sorted out a lovely flat.
