I used Wise Property Care 6 years ago due to rising damp in a bedroom, and from initial consultation to completion of the work the service I received was excellent. Recently I had a separate damp issue connected to an outside staircase and disused chimney and had no hesitation in contacting Wise again. The team I dealt with including surveyor Andrew, administrator Laura, joiner Kevin and the plasterer were all professional, the work was completed timely and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wise and the team that dealt with my property to anyone.

Review of service from Wise Property Care, Booked a survey with this firm after a diagnosis of possible infestation of wood insects in loft area of my house. From my initial phone call to enquire of the services available, through to booking a survey i felt i was dealing with professionals, Brian and Andrew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and delivered a thoroughly professional service which not only put myself and my wifes mind at ease but also delivered in no small detail a rationale of how these instances actually occur in the first instance.
