The surveyor was recommended by a trusted broken. I have been very pleased with the overall service. Administration staff has very helpful providing valuable information regarding the process and arranged for the survey date working around my availability. On the date, surveyor attended on time, was very polite and explained the process that was swiftly completed. The report was generated in timely fashion as agreed. We have recently used JW Wood to sell a relative's home. From stepping into the branch and meeting David I knew we would be in safe hands. He was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions and got the property on the market in just over a week. Vicky and Louise then took over and ensured that viewings were arranged at times to suit everyone and within 4 days of the property going on the market we had accepted an offer. The girls kept in regular contact with me and were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also polite and curtious. We have now moved over to their conveyancing team who I'm sure will be just as fabulous as the Stanley branch team. From initial contact, Claire Askew was very professional and prompt in our options being explained and the survey was booked with only a small wait of a week. I am pleased with the thorough survey which has been conducted. However, I was most dissatisfied with the potential GDPR breach. On receipt of my booking letter and invoice, I realised immediately that the booking letter was not mine and contained details of, what I presume to be, another customer. In fairness, the administrator was informed of this error immediately and I am lead to believe this was dealt with in the appropriate manner. However, I must admit my confidence in the company was compromised after this issue.
