JW Woods were recommended to me by my daughter. They had sold her house last year within a couple of days of it going on the market. I'm very pleased that I took her advice. My property was sold, subject to contract, within 10 days of it going on the market. All of the team were helpful, friendly and professional. I can strongly recommend J W Wood who have provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our house. As we have been away from the property during the process it was particularly important to select an agency who could manage things for us from ‘soup to nuts’ and it has been a real pleasure to deal with Ann and her colleagues. After some initial issues with my first point of contact at JW Woods (who I believe has now left the company), we completed on the purchase of our family home. Ann and Elaine took over as my points of contact and really pulled it out of the bag for me. They were both so helpful and gave me some excellent advice, I’m really grateful to both of them, they’re a credit to JW Woods.
