From the first call we made to enquire about a property, the service we received from Sales Manager Nicola Hall was excellent. Extremely efficient and friendly, so much so that after our viewing, we asked to use the same office to obtain a valuation of our property. Ian Taylor called out to advise us and again the same efficient friendly service resulted in our house being photographed within a couple of days, and online shortly after. Within a couple more days, we had an offer, which we accepted, and consequently because we were “proceed-able”, our offer on the property we fell in love with was accepted.
