I applied for a flat with a friend in mid July and to this date, I've had a great experience with Ace Property. In the lead up (application and key collection phase), the communications between the agency and myself went super well. Marcus was the main point of contact and he typically answered any questions in a quick manner with relevant information. If email replies took longer than I desired, I found that I could easily call up and who ever picked up the phone was able to help with the issue I had. Regarding the move in, the flat was well furnished and cleaned thoroughly. Since moving into the flat, I have had no issues to report so I can't speak on how getting something like the toilet fixed would be like. However, Ace property has kept my flatmate and myself up to date with any relevant information regarding the flat.

I'm apartment hunting in Edinburgh right now, and I've called ACE a couple times when they listed properties on CityLet. Both times I spoke to Marcus, and he was absolutely wonderful. He not only booked me for viewings, but also went above and beyond providing advice and working to get me in to the earliest viewing possible for a more competitive edge. It's a hard market right now, but I truly do feel like Marcus (and ACE) care about prospective tenants and are doing their best to match people to apartments.

We rented a property for seven years from ACE and found them to be helpful, courteous, approachable, professional, and fair. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Ace trusted us, as long-term tenants, and worked with us, so that we both had the best rental experience. They were never intrusive, but always on hand if we needed them. When we left, they were respectful of our privacy when showing the flat to prospective new tenants, and apologetic when there were a few that lingered a little long! Our deposit was returned swiftly and we would have no hesitation in using them again if we ever needed to, or recommending them to others.

We let out our flat twice through ACE Property and had good service on both occasions. Not only did our property rent within days of us signing up with them, we felt like we were given a high standard of personal service from the whole team who walked us through all the necessary steps that we needed to take. If there were any issues or concerns Alan and Stuart were very good at getting back to us...they even arranged for a new cooker to be installed with 24 hours notice as ours broke the day before we moved out. Our flat was returned to us in great condition on both occasions, and as a result, we would not hesitate using them to let out our property in the future.

I leased a flat through ACE for almost two and half year. I can describe ACE as a very good property agency with professional approach to customers. I found the Ace's staff very helpful who quickly deal with any issues arising. When I asked them to pain the flat, in order to refresh it, it took just two weeks for job to be done. I had never had any problems with ACE from very begin to the end of my tenancy. The deposit had been repaid to me almost immediately after I handed over the flat to them.
