D. W.Nigel has been very helpful. He obviously understands dry rot inside out and identified problems in the building that we had never noticed before. He has given us good advice and plenty of his time and a quote which was full of technical detail and understanding. I would recommend.

R. H.We had a case of suspected dry rot in our roof. Nigel was quick to come round and diagnose the problem. I have had a terrible case of dry rot in the past in another flat and so I know something about the issue, and it was immediately clear that Nigel is deeply knowledgeable. He gave us the great news that it was not dry rot. He advised my roofer what to do and talked him through various issues (roofer was very keen to learn some things from him); talked to us about all the structural quirks of this 215 year old building. He was immensely generous with his time. If I ever have any building problems in the future, Nigel will be my first port of call. I now totally understand why all his reviews are 5 stars!
