While I was viewing the flat, I pointed out a couple of things that could do with improving and they were fixed by the time we moved in two weeks later. Any issues we had were quickly resolved - they have an online form to fill in, which I think is a really great idea. I was first Introduced to Chris and Extra Mile Letting, when my partner was letting out her flat for the first time and after interviewing several letting businesses we were impressed with Chris and Extra Mile Lettings offering, unlike some of EML's bigger competitors. Chris was and has been professional with all communications and charges are fair and reasonable. In my case Chris assisted with bring my flat up to standard for letting and it was let out within a couple of weeks of it going on the market; which given it was at Christmas I was impressed with. Since then I have been with EML for two years now and I have been kept informed in good time of any issues and hopefully this has meant that any imposition on the tenants has been kept to the minimum as well. Payments have been made as agreed and copies of all receipts have been included with the monthly invoices and I have been kept informed when new leases are written. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Couldn't recommend extra mile enough! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. We have rented two seperate flats from Extra mile and the service has been incredible, they do everything on such a personal level right down to the Boss of the company personally answering our call on Xmas day to help us fix the boiler (the same night). They explain everything really clearly and the fees (if any) are far more reasonable than anywhere else we looked at. I would use Extra Mile at any opportunity and always recommend them. You don't get made to feel like a number or a £ sign you get made to feel like an important client and that nothing is too much trouble. The company is great and the staff should be very proud of it :)

I have rented out my flat through Extra Mile for the past 3 years and have only good things to say. As a landlord, they offer very good rates (overheads are kept down as it is an online service) and an honest and reliable service. In 3 years I have only had 2 tenants and have had no problems at all. From a tenant's point of view - they are very prompt at contacting me when the tenant reports a problem and a extremely efficient at providing quotes (which are always very reasonable) and getting things fixed (this is obviously good from a landlord point of view too!). A recent example was when the washing machine broke down - from the tenant reporting a problem to a new machine being installed was less than a week (this included a repair man coming to check it and quotes being provided!) - I couldn't have sorted it out faster myself. Highly recommended.

The quality of the service is overall really good, handing off of the flat was also trouble free and I even got my key I left with flat keys by mistake delivered to my work place after the flat was handed over. 5 stars
