We have had excellent service from Home Sweet Home from the very first contact we made with them about putting our Apartment on the market for rent. We moved our flat to Home Sweet Home from a much larger management outfit because we found that both we and the property were forgotten about, other than the commission being taken every month. Dan and his team at Home Sweet Home we’re a breath of fresh air. Nothing seemed too much trouble, everything is taken care of, and the tenant has confidence in the team. When the boiler needed replacing Dan was able to recommend an installer who not only saved us thousands ( over BG) but also installed a far superior product and a 12 year warranty. I decided to use Home Sweet Home as it was nearby to a property I wanted to let. It was such a good decision. Dan and the team are friendly, hard working, easy to communicate with and provide an excellent personal service. I had a leak in my property which took a while to get sorted due to various insurance issues. Someone from Home Sweet Home checked in every week to make sure things were Ok without being asked and were available for key collection for workmen when I wasn't. Happy to say the best letting agency I've dealt with. If for no other reason than the fact that they treat their tenants like human beings - customer service is top notch. That really can not be said for other agencies. I have't had any contentious issues with them, but I have no reason to believe they wouldn't be handled professionally too. Application and checking/vetting was pretty thorough, but was quick. So far there's been some minor repairs needed and these have been quick, carried out properly, and accommodating to our availability. Standard inspections done with minimal disruption. Would certainly recommend to others.

I have worked with a number of letting agents in the past and only had bad experiences. Since moving to HSH over a year ago, their service has been excellent. They have professionally and efficiently manged both the day to day admin around the property (e.g. 6 monthly flat inspections, safety inspection etc) as well as the ad hoc issue management/resolution (handyman to fix tiling, plumber to fix the shower etc), while constantly keeping myself in the loop.
