I would like to thank all the staff from IME especially Ian who guided me through all the process and helped me secure a great property for my Edinburgh restaurant. Ian was the only agent who took care about everything and he was available every single time I asked for help and advice. It’s hard to find someone who treat you more than s customer nowadays as many agents and agencies look to sell you the property and then disappear. That’s not the case with Ian and IME. Thanks again !

I have a very good experience with the service Ime provided. On top of their excellent customer service, Ime has saved me a fortune from the upgrading work in need and helped me tremendously in marketing the property. I have bought a shop close to The University of Edinburgh. Severe penetrating dampness happened in the basement and the whole shop and the electricity was very outdated. With a significantly discounted price compared to other companies, the property was revived with all the existing problems fixed. Finally, the property has attracted a lot of interest. Because of the quality renovation work and a professional marketing strategy, the rent achieved was significantly higher than the original estimates from other major commercial property agents. The property is now letted to a reputable chef.
