We have used More Management (Jamie More) since 2015. It’s a First class service with a very professional attitude. Totally thorough vetting process done before tenancy agreements are signed. Jamie has always found me good tenants which are very reliable and trustworthy. The process from start to finish is carried out professionally and legally. I rented a 1 bedroom flat in the Old Town via More Management for just under a year. Essentially a small business, all aspects of the rental were handled by the very personable Jamie More. I’ve knocked off one star as I had to request some paperwork that should have been provided, and for a repair that I requested that never actually happened. Despite these issues (both minor and ultimately resolved in a professional manner) I must say Jamie is the nicest and most reasonable letting agent I’ve encountered. The flat was listed as “no pets”, however he was more than happy to consider my suggestion of an increased deposit and successfully advocated for me with the landlord. Having sheepishly locked myself out at age 36, Jamie went out of his way to make sure I was able to get back in quickly without needing a locksmith, charging a fee, or making any fuss whatsoever. I was also really impressed with how he handled my request to break contract a month early. He was sympathetic to financial pressures I was facing at the time and moved quickly to find new tenants, which ultimately saved me paying rent on two flats for three weeks. Finally (and this is the perfect example of why he’s just better than other agencies), when I accidentally smashed a table lamp while doing the final clean, not only was there no deposit deduction for the breakage, I got a thank you for having left the flat in a good condition.
