Sutherland Management offer incredibly high levels of professionalism and service. I genuinely could not really recommend them high enough. If you need a letting agent to manage your property in Edinburgh or any of the cities where they operate, you don't need to look any further. They offer a personable service, Stewart has even messaged me before with updates like "Visited the flat and did some grouting for you in the shower room, no charge." I have used them for over 10 years and it has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made. They are incredibly good.

I have been using 9% Property Management to manage my Edinburgh flat for approx. 4.5 years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Living abroad, it was nerve wracking to leave our property in someone else's hands, but Stewart and the team have been absolutely fantastic - so much so that they now manage a second property for us too. Myself and my partner rented a flat through 9% property management for approximately 18 months. When showing us round the agent was knowledgeable about the property and offered friendly advice when we explained that we were new to the area. During our stay any problems were swiftly dealt with, for example the washing machine was repaired within 48 hours of contacting 9%. Upon leaving the property they continued to be helpful and tried to make it as easy as possible to tie up any loose ends. We have been kept well informed throughout and overall we are very happy with the service we received. They do a fantastic job looking after my Tollcross flat, keep me updated with all developments and always use really good value workmen - which is important for landlords in a recession. .It's the best Letting Agency I came across in my life, Steven and Stewart are very nice people, they ensure you find things in best of the conditions when you move in, and they help in getting things which are not present in the property(in our case it was the vacuum cleaner). The real character of people comes out when you are about to leave, but to my surprise these guys were even better persons while moving out. Steven gone out of the way to help me in making sure the property is clean, so that the owner doesn't deduct any deposit. It’s one of the experience which is against your preconceived notion. I and my wife feel lucky that we came across such nice people. I always thought to make someone win, someone has to loose, but Steven proved me wrong, he can always create win-win situations with his extra little efforts.
