AK was great. I had dealt with mortgage advisors at other firms and the difference between them and AK was huge. AK would answer any question I had so much faster than anyone else, most of the time if I sent an email he would simply phone me so we could talk. If I missed his calls he would message on whatsapp until we could speak. I really appreciated this. At one point, I emailed him and got an auto-reply saying he was on annual leave. He still phoned me that day. Throughout the process, what impressed me the most was that it felt like he really wanted me to find a flat and get a mortgage, it felt like he really fought for me - I'd recommend him, and Allan & Harris, to anyone.

Purchasing a house is always stressfull and purchasing a house for the first time is even more stressfull especially if you're doing it alone. But with AK as my mortgage advisor I always felt that I had the support of timely and professional advice and knew he would always respond almost immediately to all my queries. If there were some difficulties or problems he would go above and beyond and always found some way to solve them. Overall I cant recommend him enough. I dont know if Apurve is the only mortgage advisor at Allen and Harris but he's definitely the only one I would go to again when I am buying another property.
