The sale of the property completed successfully today. A great deal of credit is due to Laura Simpson and her team at Angel Homes (Scotland) Ltd for all their efforts in the process. From first contact, signing them up as my chosen estate agency through to their marketing the property in the best possible presentation has been superb. They also managed the viewers, and presented valid offers for the property to me in a timely and professional way. Even after acceptance of a firm, valid offer, they continued to oversee the solicitor inter-changes and kept things on track, smoothing the way to a successful completion. In short, they performed famously, and I have no hesitation in recommending Angel Homes. Definitely a 5 star agency with 5 star performance.

I've recently rented a property in East Kilbride with Angel Lets and they have been incredible. Moving around 500 miles to Scotland was always going to be complicated during the pandemic, and a lot of estate agents were putting barriers up making it impossible, but Lynn, Janette and the whole team were nothing but helpful. Finding the property with only a week before I had to move, all the paper work was completed with two days to spare.
