I would like to take the time to express my complete trust and satisfaction in the way the Arc Property handled my tenancy from start to finish. From the offset Arc Property instructed organisations such as council tax etc of my moving in to the property allowing the council to contact me on moving in. At the beginning of the tenancy I encountered issues with the shower and boiler. The shower was fixed immediately and after some investigation regarding the boiler this too was investigated and replaced inside a week. The teams that were used to fit the shower and boiler were very professional and I didn't even need to be in the property when the boiler was replaced as I work long hours at times. I found the team at Arc Property, especially Nick to be very approachable and willing make arrangements to get keys etc when I was working long shifts. The property I lived in was clean and tidy on arrival and any issues I had as previously mentioned were quickly dealt with. I have worked as a support worker in a local homeless accommodation and know only too well the stress that can be caused having to deal with Landlords and letting agents. I have to say that Arc Property were a pleasure to deal with and that the only reason I left was to move in with my partner otherwise I would still be there. Well done Arc Property and cheers Nick.

I rented a flat through Nick and Arc property earlier this year. Nick was incredibly friendly, helpful and made the whole process so simple. There was one or two minor repairs required to the property (standard wear and tear) and Nick had this sorted within a couple of days With no issue. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent in the Glasgow area ! Much more personal than the high street agencies

Nick has been managing my property for more than a year. I used to self-manage but wanted to leave it in the hands of a professional with reliable trade contacts etc.... I am lucky I did. Recently a leak from upstairs caused lots of damage. Nick talked me through the insurance process which was a minefield and handled the refurbishment so that I had no hassle at all. He is always easy to get hold of and quick to act. When I signed up with him he said he would look after my property as though it was one of his own. He's been true to his word. The tenants are very happy with him also. Highly recommended and much more personalised service than the high street operators...
