Me and my husband have had the best experience with Belvoir! Big THANK YOU to Sharon and Maureen! We have been renting from them for over 4 years. There are so fast in replying and if there is any issue at all they will make sure its fixed in no time. They are so friendly and professional! Belvoir is the best letting agency we've ever encountered! Sharon and her team are so kind, thoughtful, hard working, attentive, responsive, and so much more. As tenants, we had various mini emergencies (which are even harder to tackle during a global pandemic) and we would sometimes have to contact them out of hours, and I always felt so awful. But their team never hesitated to help and would go OUT of their way to fix issues asap. They are just outstanding and I can't recommend them enough! I wish they could be our agency forever!

Heard many bad things about letting agents before coming to the UK. Belvoir were the exact opposite. Sharon and Pauline were always very responsive and took care of issues as quickly as possible. As landlords, my wife and I give 5 stars for the 5 star service we have received from the Belvoir Letting Agency on 563 Dumbarton Rd in Partick. Tenants are well vetted and in the 3 years we have been using Belvoir, the state of the flat has been regularly checked to see if tenants were keeping the flat and white appliances clean and and in good condition.
