M. G.I rented a property through CLS for more than a year and the whole process was very smooth since the beginning. Nasreen helped a lot initially and throughout the tenancy, when I had no clue how things work here. CLS made sure that every issue got resolved as soon as possible without any delay. Ayaz was also very understanding who helped me go through checkout process smoothly.

J.I have rented for many years and have used many agents, most of them have been okay some have been a total nightmare , CLS have been the best so far, from start to finish my experience with them has been superb. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite , and genuinely are there to help at all costs. During my tenancy i had no issues other than routine problems that every property has now and again , but these issues were dealt with at ease by the staff. At the end of my tenancy my deposit did take some time to settle however all the charges were fair and I was very happy about the outcome as I always take care of every property I stay in. Very pleased with the overall service and at the end the cleaning charge was fair as we couldn’t manage to organise the final clean on time ourselves. Any queries during the tenancy were dealt with quickly and thoroughly and communication was excellent. The property was immacualte when we took it over (unlike others we have rented!) and all the admin stuff was dealt with quickly and efficiently at check in and check out. If you're going to rent in Glasgow I'd recommend CLS based on our experience. I felt I wanted to comment on this as it contrasts so much with some of the other letting agents we have dealt with in the past.

J.It’s quite a long and stressful process, looking for a property and renting, but of the letting agents I did viewings with I always found CLS to be very good - they knew about the properties they were dealing with. There were other companies where I rang up with questions about whether properties they did n’t know much about them or the properties were not as described or worse even they were actually awful, so I ended up letting through CLS, and I’d say I was impressed that I got to deal with someone that could answer all my questions no matter which staff member i spoke to. They always got back to me when they said, are very friendly & helpful and know what they are talking about which is key for me. I’d recommend them.

They are one of the rare letting agents which don't look obsessed by their commissions and are not "pushy" and are actually really helping you. I also highly recommend them.
