Working with Clyde Property Sales has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. I originally chose to work with another agency on the basis of the number of For Sale signs they had in my area assuming they were the ‘go-to’ for my particular property type and postcode. Big mistake! My property sat with them for over 8 weeks, I had to constantly push them to think outside the box with their marketing strategy, and ultimately felt I was given poor advice about how to achieve a successful sale. My experience with Clyde was night and day compared to this. From the first contact with Clyde Property West End, until the last, the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. Each and every member of staff I communicated with were first class, really helpful, with nothing ever found to be too much trouble, it was clear that they adopted a "one team" approach, all aimed at achieving the best outcome possible. The valuer, the viewing agents, the sales negotiators, the staff who answered the phones and sent out the home reports and the client relationship manager were all absolutely first class. If you are in the position of selling in the west end and buying in the west end at the same time as i was (initially), you need to go with Clyde Property where you will get access to the services of the client relationship manager Tracey Bailey, who you will find both impressive and invaluable. Tracey will do all she can to help you offer at the right level using her forensic knowledge of the local market; she will make calls on your behalf, review home reports for you and carry out research, but perhaps more importantly, she will be honest and tell you if something is not a good idea or is not achievable. She will then wholeheartedly support you, (as she did with me), in achieving something that is.. and I can assure you I am all the better for it! Selling a house and buying a house, particularly in the west end is stressful owing to that particular market, so anything that eases the pressure is always a bonus so I was delighted to have Clyde Property in my corner during this time. They are amazing.

Barry and Lisa piloted the valuation, then the sale, along with other colleagues (including Daniel who produce a 'stunning' video - with drone-shots - of the house), and we are grateful to them all. I have been a tenant of Clyde Property for around 3 years and have recently been dealing with Jennifer Ainsworth regarding a change to my tenancy conditions. She has been highly professional, a pleasure to deal with and has definitely gone the extra mile to try to make sure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction as much as possible. However, the standard of service seems to vary depending on who you speak to. In the past I have found that some of the property managers have been very poor at returning phone calls when I have needed their assistance with repairs. The standard response when phoning the property management centre was that the relevant member of staff was "in a meeting and will call you back", however such return calls never materialised until I physically visited their office in the West End and complained. Despite the issues I have had with their property managers in the past, Clyde are easily one of the best letting agencies I have dealt with. They are usually very prompt in responding to issues and in arranging for visits from specialists to address any problems that have arisen in the property. Their system of bi-monthly checks protects both myself and the landlord from any long-term problems arising and they are very pro-active in ensuring that the property is kept in a good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and hope to remain in the flat I am currently letting from them for a long time to come.

Used Clyde Property in Falkirk to rent, sell and buy all in the space of the last 12 months. I can honestly say all the staff were very professional - nothing was a problem to them. During the renting phase (June 14 - June 15) I dealt with Derek Hughes who made the whole process very easy and simple to follow. Having never rented before Derek's guidance and support was very much appreciated. During the selling phase (February 15 - June 15) I dealt with Clark Gillespie who really did make the selling process painless. The house sold very quickly (within 6 days) only to be let down on the day of completion by the buyer. This was obviously very disappointing however the team at Clyde had the property back on the market within hours and the house sold again within a week! Turned out I actually bought the house I was initially renting via Clyde - again a very easy and painless process. Special mention to Lorna Ritchie and Anne Clelland who really provided a fantastic level of support especially when the initial house sale fell through. Overall the team at Clyde Property Falkirk went the 'extra mile' in all aspects and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

One really lost faith in agents. However this all changed when Judy Graham at Clyde began to looked after us.
