I had an issue with a leak in my room and despite the work taking a bit longer than I would of hoped for, the maintenance co-ordinator Mark Graham was absolutely fantastic. He helped me resolve the issue as quick as humanly possible and was very responsive to my emails. he was very understanding and had great customer service skills. I was kept up to date throughout the process and felt that my issue was being dealt with as fast as possible. Mark is a credit to DJ Alexander.

Many of the services were automated and online meaning that when we did need access to information it was readily available. If we did have more questions, and there was a lot, our contact Laura Mc was extremely responsive and friendly, often picking up the phone within minutes of me sending an email and remaining professional and friendly throughout. This is so much better than the agents I've dealt with in the past who takes hours or even days to respond. Next time we move, I'd definitely want to use D.J Alexander again!

We have had our fair share of interaction with other letting agencies in the past that has left us with a lot of reserve when searching for a flat, but I can safely say our experience with D.J Alexander was, simply put, amazing. From their letting agents to their finance and lease departments (special mentions to Mr. David Sullivan who showed us the flats and to Mr. Lee Charlton who took care of all the paperwork), everyone was friendly, quick, accurate and very professional. They were ready to answer all our equiries, they didn't apply any extra letting fees (something a lot of letting agencies do to their potential tenants without informing the tenants in advance (that has happened to us twice!)) and finally the whole process was over in a matter of days. I've never had a problem with DJ Alexander, their signing process was quick and efficient, they were extremely flexible with the deposit on the property and everything was as expected. Any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly, their maintenance team and Rosie are a credit to the company. After reporting issues with aspects of the property contractors had been sent out to inspect the damage, had provided the landlord with quotes, and had arranged to come out and resolve the issues within a week!

Miss Diane Harte is an exceptional agent and Property Manager. Diane was punctual for the meetings and was helpful with all our questions and concerns before moving in. During the transition, Diane kept me up to date with any progress and any documents I need to provide. She connected me to the right people for certain matters such as paying the deposit and was very helpful through the process. On the day we moved in, Diane was there and helped us finally settle in and provided an inventory and important contact numbers for various DJ Alexander branches. We have had a very good experience using DJ Alexander who have let two of our properties quickly and efficiently. Any problems that have arisen have been sorted right away by getting straight to the appropriate person. Also while looking for a property as a buy to let, the advice given has proved to be correct and invaluable even though we didn't purchase through DJ Alexander. I would not hesitate to recommend them for property letting.

Excellent service! My partner and I are from the Netherlands and were able to get a lovely apartment within a week. Very kind and patient (as we were not used to the UK letting system, we called them with questions quite often I'm afraid) and our referencing procedure was also quickly done. Only small issue is that if you're a foreigner, you have to pay half a year rent at once. This was no issue for us, but I can imagine that it could be. Overall, a very good experience! :-)
