I will start by saying Elm Properties are akin to the Burj Al Arab, 7 stars. I am currently living in SE Asia so I was quite apprehensive about trying to sell my house from abroad. I needn't have worried. Elaine and Lynn are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only that but they make you feel totally at ease and nothing is too much for them. Everything went so smoothly which was all down to their excellent advice and updating me daily. This is the easiest recommendation I have ever written because Lynn and Elaine are simply the best estate agents out there. Thank you girls, you are amazing.

Elaine and Lynn from ELM Property put my flat in Newton Mearns in Glasgow on the market in early November 2021. I chose ELM Property to do the sale because they, amongst other estate agents, had come to value the property and had shown more interest than anyone else. They had noticed a couple of details about the property which needed attention, and were the only ones to do so - the rental agency had not bothered to check that all the keys had been returned by their client and there were marks on the wall that needed repair. ELM's charges were very competitive, they organised the building survey rapidly and completed the sale to my satisfaction in a very short time. After the sale was agreed they continued to monitor the situation and were very helpful when a garage door was found to be unexplainably open. Throughout the job, Elaine and Lynn were pleasant and helpful, I cannot rate their services highly enough.
