First time renting a flat and GSL could not have been anymore friendly and professional. Felt so at ease and they were always quick to handle any queries myself or flatmate had. Cassie dealt with us mainly and she was honestly a gem. Will definitely look to GSL for future properties as the team were so lovely. Hazel was also great in accommodating any issues we had - she carried out our property inspections. They were patient and understanding when I had to move my move out date by a week so it was really appreciated. Massive thank you to all of the team at GSL, really can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a property. 5++ stars

By far, GSL have been the best letting agents I have ever come across over the two years I rented a property from them. Professional and always very quick to solve any query/issue I had (which there were very few). A special mention to my letting agent Jane who was just fantastic and could not have been a nicer and more professional person to go to and always went above and beyond for myself and my flatmate. Jane at GSL, hands down the most responsive, helpful and pleasant Letting Agent I have dealt with since handing over my property to her to manage. Highly recommend GSL as they are an awarding winning company and their standards are industry recognised. Jane always keeps me updated on the latest legislation to make sure that I am up to date on everything! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've rented flats through four or five letting agencies over the past eight years and GSL are hands down the most responsive and professional agency I've dealt with. I stayed at a GSL-managed property for a year and a half, during which all issues (boiler, plumbing etc) were resolved rapidly and fairly. Special mention to Jane Leonard, who was a stellar property manager and made us feel at home.

Jane was a brilliant agent from start to finish, she made the move in process very smooth and easy and was always very approachable for any questions/concerns I had. I am shocked to see some negative reviews as my experience could not be more different. Even the moving out process has been great, I have bought a property so feeling stressed with the move but Jane has been very supportive. I would recommend GSL and especially Jane to anyone looking to rent a property.

I have had very little problems with the property itself, but any issues I have had, Hazel has dealt with promptly. Safety checks, and inspections on the property are regular, and don't take long at all, which is great. All in all, cannot fault this company at all. - Ryan
