I’ve been a tenant for just under a year and I have never had an issue. They do quarterly inspections to make sure the flat is in good condition and make sure you are also okay! Gillian is excellent, so friendly and always happy to help out. Upon starting my tenancy they went through the contract with me to make sure that we were on the same page which was unlike other agents I have been with previously. They also give you little presents when they come round for inspections and a chat!

I have been a tenant with HFG for almost 4 years, and I can say only the best about them, and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for renting a property within Glasgow and surrounding area! They are well organised, they provide their support in the best way in case you struggle, they also organise various workshops and meetups for the tenants which I doubt other letting agencies do. I would give my personal appraisal to Joey, Head of the office as a person who helped to sort my all needs, particularly when I was moving to other area and also providing support for my mental health when I lost the job due to Covid 19 pandemic. Other person I would give my appraisal is David, one of the newest tenant officers who done an amazing job while dealing with energy suppliers, maintenance of the property and providing me with constant support and making sure that all of my requirements were met. His arrival in the HFG brought hope and positivity, particularly when bills are going up, and his advices on saving the money, and getting through tough financial time for all of us made it way easier, so thank you a lot!

Honestly these guys are great. The agents are genuinely lovely people, repairs always carried out in time and they really look after their tenants if they're stuck with regards to bills, etc. I don't know where any of these bad reviews are coming from!

I rented and apartment from Homes For Good whilst working away from home. I found the staff the easiest to deal with in comparison to other estate agents I had used in Glasgow. Homes For Good ensured that the apartment was clean and all other aspects were ready for our move in date. We had no issues when moving out and we received our bond back without the need for waiting with no hassle. They go the extra mile. They kindly offered to send me my mail and as we aren't in the area to collect and other personal issues that aren't required for an estate agent to deal Homes For Good assisted. My flat mate needed proof of address prior to moving in for her daughters school and without hesitation they provided the details. When and inspection was required they were flexible with the hours. They also were checking with us that everything was to our satisfaction etc when usually other agents I've dealt with I have always felt the inspection is in the interest of the landlord rather than the tenant. I would recommend highly as an estate agents that go a little extra mile to ensure that tenants are well looked after. Thank you to Robert and Julie who we dealt with.

I've heard a lot of horror stories from friends complaining about their letting agents. For a first experience renting, Homes for Good were fantastic and put me at ease. They were very accommodating, professional, and went out of their way to help if I ever had problems. I love the ethos behind the company, and it really reflects the way they manage their tenants. When I left the property, they kindly provided (free of charge) a reference for my new landlord, which other letting agencies often charge for. Minor criticisms - a repair man was sent out without informing me when to expect him. Fortunately I was in the property at the time. However, the repair was attended to promptly after being brought to their attention, and I was overall happy with the efficiency of the process. Even with emails, they are always quick to respond. All of the staff are warm and friendly, and I have no hesitation in contacting them if I ever have any questions/problems. This is how letting agencies should be run, and I'm glad my first experience renting went so smoothly.

Homes for Good is an excellent and unique agency which we have been with for almost five years. It's a social enterprise that puts any profits back into supporting tenants. As a landlord this makes sense - I want to know that my tenants will be well looked after and if they do have any difficulties that there is active support to ensure they can manage. I receive a good commercial rent. There are no additional fees - e.g. to find new tenants. Their financial and payment systems are transparent and good, contractors are good value and well managed by the agency. The Homes for Good staff are dedicated and good communicators. Highly recommended.

I have rented a flat from these guys and I have never been happier, the help I have been given is amazing, not just with the flat but other things to, you can talk to these people and they give great support, all you have to do Is call and they are there for you with advice or just to have someone to talk to, they are a great company and I would definitely recommend them to any one.
