Our big roof was given the extra special attention it required by your very experienced and well qualified workmen. Faulty tiles were replaced, the roof cleaned and resurfaced before painting was carried out and then a final coat of chemical spray. We were lucky to have lovely fine weather for this big job, with the result it looks amazing - like a new roof. Many thanks to a great team

The property didn't have a factor prior to HomesBook and was in a sad state, but within an incredibly short window HomesBook carried out extensive works to the communal area and gardens (both of which now look fantastic) and continue to maintain them to a high standard. Any time there has been an issue, they have responded promptly and the work carried out was of high quality, and the team kept in good contact throughout. They have also been able to immediately recommend good local contractors for any emergency work I have needed within my own property, something I am incredibly grateful for, and they have proven multiple times that I can trust their judgement on who they recommend.
