I have now been dealing with Infiniti Properties for over 5 years. During this period of time I am extremely happy with the services they have provided me with. There has been issues ( like all companies have ) however these issues have always been dealt with well by Infiniti Properties. I usually deal with Stephanie who has been great, and is very good at her job. I have also dealt with Danielle who again has been very good and is good at her job. I haven’t dealt with the other staff that regularly however when I have they all have been very good and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. So far so good hence the 5 star review. Keep up the good work. 👍

My girlfriend and I recently moved out of a property which was let by Infiniti Properties, and our tenancy was 8 months long. Overall I cannot fault the letting agency. We moved in and checked through the inventory which was done by a third party company. When we were living there and encounteed a few issues like a leak in the roof and the washing machine breaking Anne took action to remedy the situations really quickly. When we moved out we got the deposit returned in a timely manner albeit with a small deduction for two light bulbs which were out that we had forgotten to replace. I won't lie, after reading previous reviews of this letting company I was incredibly skeptical about whether we would actually get our deposit back. However, credit where it is due we encountered next to no problems with the agent. I personally would recommend chatting to Anne if you are a tenant in situ, or if you have recently moved and are wanting your deposit back. We have found her to be a most reasonable person, she is always polite and she genuinely tries/ does her best. I completely understand others may have had different experiences to ours with this agent. But based on our experience I have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Properties. Just incase people say this was a paid review, I would like to reiterate that we genuinely rented a flat in Scotstoun from this agent.

Brilliant service provided by Infiniti properties. This was my first experience letting a property as a landlord, and Scott Hume was very patient and helpful in explaining all the details to me before I finally decided to instruct Infiniti properties as my letting agents. From then on the service provided was truly professional, from advertising the property to providing detailed feedback after each block of viewings. Within a couple of weeks I received a few offers which was a very good turnaround. The process after a tenant was found was very slick and professional, with Angie Wylie’s involvement making the process very quick and easy, which is ideal for me as I work full time. Thanks Scott, and Infiniti properties , for successfully letting my property in such a short space of time - 1 month after I purchased the flat they found a tenant who has now moved in - great work!

As far as letting agencies go, they're not terrible. They were fairly understanding during Covid. I had problems getting my full deposit back, but nothing compared to every other Letting agencies I've been with that try and extend it as much as they can in the hope that you can't afford to appeal.

This company has been handling the management of part of my property portfolio for several years now. They have been outstanding in the way that matters are handled. Statements are always accurate and on time, properties are looked after well and any issues brought to my attention. Staff are professional and courteous. They started with only one property but due to their excellent service, I have been gradually moving properties over to them. I still have a couple of properties with other agents but I do not receive nearly as good a service. These will also be moved to Infiniti when the time is right for me.

When it comes to dealing with problem and issues I couldn't be more happy how there communication and knowledge on rental and sale market are second to none. I've been a landlord with Infiniti for 6 years and have been really impressed with their hands on approach. I had one problem tenant that stopped paying rent and refused to leave. Infiniti dug their heels in and had him evicted. He then wrecked my flat but Infiniti helped me redecorate very quickly which actually increased the rent. Can I advise other landlords to get rent guarantee insurance? I regret not getting it as it would have saved me thousands of pounds in lost rent and stress. I've read all the reviews and in my experience, tenants never leave the property in the way it's presented to them and then blame the property or agent for minor things to get their own way. In all the years I've been a landlord, I've never had even one tenant leave it spotless and quite frankly I'm tired of it. Infiniti always get stuck in and get the job done! I would highly recommend them.

Infiniti Properties are the letting agents currently managing my portfolio of properties. I have always found the staff to be professional and friendly at all times. Any of my enquiries have always been dealt with promptly. My arrears for 66 properties is currently Zero which for me is fantastic. Stephanie in accounts is always friendly and excellent at her job. She never gives up in chasing tenants who are late with theyre rent and always makes sure deposits are Safe Guarded. I have never had long voids in any of my properties. Ann Hume the viewing agent I have always found very helpful and is always available to answer my queries either during office hours or out of hours. Angie in maintenance is very knowledgeable and always makes sure repairs are fixed promptly for my tenants. Scott Hume the Director of Infiniti Properties I have always found to be very hands on. He has a great knowledge of the property sector and has a great team of staff working with him to ensure all my properties and tenants are looked after. I have been with Infiniti now for nearly 3 years and have no complaints. Excellent service and good at what they do !!

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I felt it was only fair to make a comment. Infiniti have handled my investment property for around 7 years and I can say, hand on heart, that I have had no issues at all in the time. The guys will let me know if anything is required for my property and deal with it for me in a friendly and efficient manner which is what I need from my agent. Infiniti have managed our property on behalf of my husband and I for around 9 years, as relative novices their M.D. Scott initially sourced the property and negotiated a price (under market value), then took care of refurbishment works on our behalf. During our 9 years of ownership we have had 2 good long term tenants with the 3rd having recently taken up residence with minimal void periods and costs between each tenancy, this as a landlord this is of course the ideal scenario! We have minimal contact/involvement which suits us perfectly, as (touch wood!) everything just seems to tick along nicely.

I think that some of the reviews on the site are unfair; I used Infiniti Properties back in 2013 soo a long time ago and it was a property in Paisley I rented for six months. I do agree that their policy of such a high deposit is innappropriate, however putting this aside they were relatively quick in other matters. The move out process went through quickly, and my deposit was refunded about a month after my exit. This wait seems to be an industry standard, and one can only hope that with the new deposit scheme will change. The staff are friendly, but can take time to have matters investigated. I think that as an agent I had no extensive issues, and would not be put off using them again, albeit reluctant deposit levels. Robert

They are on the pace with day to day issues which arise and are very quick to resolve. The entire team are polite and courteous and are a pleasure to deal with. I have found them to be the most proactive and friendly group of people to deal with, who go that extra mile to sort out problems before they become an issue. They are always on it and say it as it is. My experience with infinitiproperties was a good one as they have good customer relationship. They are cordial and helps their client to secure a good accommodation that suit their interest. They are not too rigid in accessing their potential tenants but endeavours that once a person merits a house offer, it's normally given to the person without discrimination. The only thing I can suggest to them is that when involving an independent body (which they do) for their inventory on a new apartment, a copy of the record should also be sent to their tenant, this can bring more transparency in their good work. In general, Infinitiproperties is a good housing agency which is worth recommending to friends. Thanks.

Honestly, I have called up so many agencies and have tried to get flats and arrange viewings and this agency has been the best by far. Ian, who was the main person who helped me out, was very helpful and got back to me on everything. I felt valued and confident to trust the agency. At some point going through the application process I was asked things and due to being busy with work so many things did not crossed my mind and Ian made the suggestions which made me feel valued rather than trying to get the best they could for the agency's benefit. Not had this kind of customer service from an agency before. Really lovely people. :)

What a letting agent. When we first applied to view the flat they got us a viewing the next day, when we went ahead with it, they booked us an appointment in their offices to sort everything out straight away. Their office looks like the best place to work in Glasgow too. Being greeted by fancy tech and a fantastically eclectic arrangement of furniture from all walks of, errm, home. The team are all friendly and well informed about what's going on. We had a dispute with a neighbour last year, something we were really worried about tackling. They actually took the time to meet with us and discuss the concerns, even fighting on our side! We were really impressed. Today, it got even better. I phoned at 10:11 to report a boiler fault. Someone new to the business, Josh, arranged authorisation from the landlord and a boiler engineer to attend almost immediately. Even though he needed a part he didn't stock, he left us with hot water at just gone one. The guys are entirely professional, understanding and proficient. Even with us being students (usually just ignored by most corporate people). A big thanks to all the team! The new website looks great too!

Ian Vincentini Fulham & Chelsea There must be two Infiniti Properties??? “confused” I have just been reading the negative reviews of Infiniti Properties on Google. Not the company I have been dealing with!! For over 30 years I have owned and rented properties in London. Dealing with many Landlords, EstateAgents, and Letting Agents. So have vast experience on the subject, I am so glad to have found Infiniti Properties..they have made my life more tolerable over the 10 years I have rented from them in Fulham and Chelsea. no problems with repairs or replacement appliances always quickly-dealt-with. Scott Hume and Infiniti Properties: The best so far without a doubt. I have met on occasion other tenants of Infiniti Properties in London and all have been sorry to move on. Moving on usually for work reasons.

I have recently just moved into my new flat and its a relief. Everyday to go back home and know that you have a place where everything is working, the house is in great condition, it really makes a difference; and this was thanks to Infiniti Properties. Ian Machlachan one of the agents there assisted me with the paperwork and was extremely helpful. Whenever I annoyed him with phone calls for different things he always helped and solved my every issue. They have organised council tax, electricity accounts so cant ask for more than that. Also it must be said that the property was very clean and very well checked when I moved in. These guys are great.

Iain Maclachlan arranged our paperwork and was extremely helpful although we must of driven him crazy with calls and emails. It was myself and my girlfriend's first time moving in together and we were looking for a flat in Glasgow's southside or west end. We seen a property on Gumtree which was exactly what we were looking for and everything was easily managed from there on out. Ann came and showed us around, gave us some advice and explained everything crystal clear what we'd have to do to make sure everything was sorted out which was amazing as we weren't too sure ourselves. Iain and Daryl were perfect while were getting everything together. We called up the office a few times unsure about what we were filling out and they were more than attentive and made sure we were doing everything correctly. We were moved in and settled within the day of handing in the paperwork thanks to the help we had. Made it very easy for first time movers getting their own place and we're so thankful for it - we had been messed around prior with private letters so we were a bit reluctant afterwards but we were definitely looked after. Can't recommend Infiniti enough. For a first time mover it definitely gave me a lot of confidence for when we decide to move in the future. 10/10!!

I've let properties through Infiniti for over 10 years and have found they always deal with tenants extremely well, politely and quickly. Any remedial is attended to immediately and would have no hesitation in recommending to either a landlord or prospective tenant. I can only think those with bad experiences were unfortunately due to the landlord and not Infiniti themselves.
