This lady is the best estate agent in ek. It was 6 years ago now, when she sold our house. We had it on the market with another company , it was up for sale 3years, with them !!!!!! With 4 viewers. Changed to Joyce mid December 2012. Got a viewer 3 days later , and she accepted the offer. It was just before Xmas and the girl agreed on March 2013 for the moving date. We went to view a flat the following week, and got it ,seller accepted or offer immediately and agreed with our March date. Some moved out our house and into our flat on the same day, was stressful but so much worth the move.
