We had an unusual house to sell which seemed to put other larger, well known estate agents into uncertainty about the price we should market our house at. Kelvin Valley, however were confident because of their knowledge about the local area. They were swift and efficient as they knew we needed to sell quickly. The house went to a closing date within a week and we managed to get an insane 50% above asking price. Can’t thank you guys enough as it paved the way to our family securing our dream home.
