We had an unusual house to sell which seemed to put other larger, well known estate agents into uncertainty about the price we should market our house at. Kelvin Valley, however were confident because of their knowledge about the local area. They were swift and efficient as they knew we needed to sell quickly. The house went to a closing date within a week and we managed to get an insane 50% above asking price. Can’t thank you guys enough as it paved the way to our family securing our dream home. Kelvin Valley Properties are amazing!!!

I can't speak highly enough of the folks at KVPS. I've had experience with a couple of the "big boys" in the past but they couldn't hold a candle to the service I received from John and Carol when I sold my late father's house. Kelvin did a fantastic job selling our house. One phone call to organise an initial discussion, pictures taken on the day and house on the market and sold within a fortnight. There was also a good range of marketing material which sold the house well. Carol was particularly helpful in terms of keeping in touch with us and managing the viewing process. Kelvin demonstrate the benefit of working with a smaller local company rather than a large national firm - they work closely with you and understand your specific needs without being pushy or over the top.

Contacted the company via FB messenger & was told they'd tried to phone me (no missed calls the previous day's & had no email response). Then tried calling me even though is had requested an email.
