Can’t rate MQ Estate Agents highly enough for buying and selling. The fees were exceptionally competitive and paying up front could be seen as a negative but didn’t curb the enthusiasm of MQ Estate Agents in completing the sale way above my expectations. Mary was fantastic and marketed my property to a high standards with her intricately detailed photos and property description. Barry made me feel more than just client, took time to talk and listen. Thank you Barry you are a true professional. Holly always on hand to take your call and follow up on queries you have. So flexible and always available even at the evenings and weekends. Absolutely thrilled to have sold my house through MQ in a week! From the very start they have all been very professional and extremely helpful, guiding me through the process as this was my first time selling I wasn't sure all the procedure's.however I wasn't stressed at all as the guys at MQ took that away . I randomly chose MQ Estate Agents to help me either rent or sell my flat in Glasgow and was introduced to Holly. What can I say about Holly - she is young women who is obviously passionate about the local property market and after several discussions I put my flat up for sale with MQ. Within 1 week I had 14 viewings and accepted an offer after my flat was on the market for 1 week. Prior to signing up with MQ Holly advised me that she was convinced the flat would sell and achieve a good price and she was spot on so obviously knows her business well. Holly also impressed me by keeping in touch with me to ensure I was updated on the progress of viewings and her cheery manner ensured these phone calls were fun. I should also say the sales packages were flexible to suit different peoples circumstances and the online sales brochure were excellent in fact looked so good I could have made an offer on my own flat. In summary Holly deserves 5 stars and the MQ support team around her are also worth praise and recognition. I should also say my 12 year old daughter has obviously customised my profile name and picture but it’s nice.

We recently signed up to a Part Exchange Safety Net package with Avant Homes which meant they would pay for our marketing fees and estate agent costs, but we had to go with an estate agent they chose. We had had Barry from MQ out previously and his knowledge and professionalism was unmatchable, and the whole experience just felt so genuine. And then it got even better when we spoke with Holly who is just the best estate agent I’ve ever met, she just goes totally above and beyond and makes selling such an exciting prospect. Unfortunately, however, despite us fighting to use MQ, Avant homes told us we had to use a big corporate agent who they regularly do business with. The experience with this big agent couldn’t have been anymore stressful and disappointing and we genuinely feel we were an inconvenience and they wanted us to accept the first offer so they could move onto their next listing. We gave Holly a call because we wanted to pull our property from the other agent and go with MQ instead, but she was completely honest and said the damage had been done, the offer on the table was still good, and that she didn’t feel it was right to take our money because she couldn’t 100% guarantee we would get more money. Wow, so this is my first ever experience of selling a house but I must say I had 2 estate agents come to view the place, the first wondered around the house for about 2 minutes then left and seemed to be un contactable, and then Barry from MQ Estate Agency showed up! He carefully looked about the house admiring all its quirky intricacies and then took the time over a coffee to sit for a half hour chat about the whole process making it very simple and in layman's terms which was hugely appreciated, not to mention his amazing shirt and dress sense over his lovely demeanour. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Before MQ Estate Agency represented the property we were selling we made a seriously catastrophic error. Due to the market being very buoyant we thought that going with an online estate agent would be a good bet as in our head the property would sell itself. How wrong could we have been - it turned out to be an absolute disaster (I won't go into details as I would rather use my energy to tell you how utterly brilliant MQ Estate Agency are!) Barry had come round to our flat when we had initially been considering which estate agent we would go with and we were incredibly impressed with everything he did and said. He was incredibly professional, personable and clearly knows what he is talking about. It was clear that he cares greatly about his clients. When we were with the terrible online estate agency I found myself repeatedly saying to my partner "we should have listened to Barry!". When we decided to cut ties with our original choice there was absolutely no debate about who we wanted to represent us and we were straight on the phone to MQ! Luckily (despite us not picking them in the first place) they welcomed us with open arms. We were incredibly nervous about the whole situation and to be honest I had considered pulling the plug on selling our flat due to the previous estate agents antics however, within 2 minutes of speaking to the absolute superstar that is Holly I was completely reassured. MQ lived up to their name (Move Quick)- by the following week we had had our photographs taken (Mary was absolutely superb - highly professional, with a very keen eye for detail), our description written, (Mary also did this and we were absolutely delighted with it) and our ad live online - a huge thank you to her. We then began to get viewings which Holly managed for us - I cannot actually put into words how highly we rate Holly. She is not only brilliant to work with as she has a sparkling personality and a great sense of humor but she is also highly organised, efficient and professional - she is exactly who you would want to have communicating with prospective buyers. She is honest and direct and this is exactly what we needed. And she was also right - our flat did sell - super quickly! Due to being a bit paranoid about the whole situation due to our initial mistake in our choice of agent I don't think I was the easiest customer but Holly completely adapted to this to the point that I never felt I had to chase her for updates etc as she was always on the phone to me first. Honestly - if I could give more than 5 stars I would - and I already miss our daily briefings! We could not be more delighted with MQ. I was impressed with our initial meeting and i knew straight away that i wanted to appoint MQ Estate agents to act on my behalf. I had another meeting at their office in Glasgow and the the process was flowing. They also helped me in appointing a solicitor for the legal side of the house sale.
