Nicola Kennedy Sales and Letting, truly are first class. Their knowledge of the market in their area is superb and Riccardo's supply chain is impressive. Not only can they assist with property maintenance, they willingly pass on discounts from their suppliers.
For a smaller agency, they deliver first class service, well above the prices they charge giving outstanding value for money.
They sold a flat for me in a slow market within 2 days!! I was expecting it to take a few weeks. I believe this was down to linking up the right buyer with the right property and not just hoping any fit would result in a sale.
