We have been tenants with Northwood for more than 6 months now and we cannot recommend them more. We haven’t experienced any of the nightmare stories that people told us about letting agencies and landlords. Everyone we had been in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. We had to have a few repairs in the last month and the agency has been amazing at fixing things quickly and efficiently. The amount of communication and consideration to our needs has been incredible. I would especially like to thank our real-estate angels Aimee and Rosalind for all the help and kindness they have given us!

I had a really positive experience been a tenant with Northwood agency!! As an European student I thought it will be difficult to rent a flat, if you are not a UK citizen, but the people from Northwood agency made everything simpler and easier for us. I would like to say a huge thank you to Rosalind and Aimee, which they have been so kind and helpful with any issue that we might have when we moved in and when I moved out. Great letting agent! I’ve experienced a few different companies around Glasgow and Northwood as been by far the best. Treats their tenants like actual people and are always there if you need a hand with anything. Staff are friendly and they are extremely reasonable with deposit returns which is where I think lots of companies try and sneak extra money out of people.

I had a really positive experience with Northwood. The staff were always friendly and quick to respond to issues and at times went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I had an issue with my cleaning company when I moved out and Aimee was so understanding and even went to check the flat on the weekend so that she made sure I got my deposit back. Fully recommend this agency as a tenant and the fact that the place I was living in was rented out in less than a week when I handed in my notice probably means they're pretty good if you're a landlord too :-)

They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Great agency with professional staff. I rented through Northwood for a year and they were friendly and fair throughout the entire process. When I had to extend the lease halfway through I had a mixup my end (thought I'd be moving then had to stay) which was no problem for the staff. The final survey was fair and transparent so there was no nasty surprise with the deposit, which was processed in less than 2 weeks. If I was to rent again this would be the first place I'd look.

I have rented out my property through Northwood for over 10 years and recently used them to sell my property. I don't live in Glasgow anymore and Thomas and the rest of the team have been amazing at managing my property. They have been great at keeping me updated with tenants and issues at the property & any tradesmen they used were quick to solve issues and very reasonably priced. When selling my property Thomas coordinated the clearance of the flat, tradesmen to fix issues, painters, carpet fitters and then the surveyor and all viewings. It made my property sale very easy from a distance and I can't recommend this team highly enough. Very professional and very easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

Great experience with Northwood. Rosalind has been excellent in helping us to let out our property. She organised furniture at a very reasonable cost, and found a great tenant very quickly. As a landlord I could not ask for more.

As a tenant, I have dealt with lots of letting agencies over the years but none has been as caring as Northwood. These guys have always been there for us everytime we had an issue and they always delivered.
