Staff were always really helpful and friendly & responses to any queries or issues were always prompt. The team are great, but Jack & Kirsty in particular were always brilliant to deal with. I wouldn't usually bother leaving a review for something like this but I think One Stop deserve it. Easily the best agents I've dealt with as a tenant. They're responsive and professional at all times, eager to help and I never felt they were being invasive with inspections etc, and they were always happy to work around my schedule when any visits were required. Any issues with the flat were always dealt with promptly and to a high standard. All tradesmen used were always friendly and professional. Even when I had a bit of financial difficulty, they were sympathetic and eager to help. Though I ultimately had to leave Glasgow, we parted on excellent terms and if I ever look to rent in Glasgow again, One Stop will be the first agents I contact.

Hi, I rented with One Stop Properties for nearly 2 years. Great quality and price for the location with walking distance of the city centre and with private car parking as well. Only one issue whilst in the flat which was with a loose kitchen tap which one stop fixed immediately so great service on that part. When it came to handing back the keys they noticed 2 places that I had completely forgot about to clean and gave me the opportunity to go back in, catch these areas so me and my wife were able to recieve our full deposit back without any issue which they didn't have to do but I totally applaud them for that as I had previous dealings with another letting agent who didn't hesitate to take some of the deposit for things missed. We first met Wendy & Willie of One Stop Properties in 2006 when we bought a flat in Glasgow and they were recommended to us as a letting agent. We were so impressed that we moved the letting of our other flat, where we had a bad experience with the existing agent, to them. We have never had cause to regret that decision. From the outset we were given good advice, excellent service, total professionalism, friendliness and total understanding of how the market worked. Our flats were rarely without tenants over the 13 year period that they managed them for us. The regular inspection reports ensured that we always knew what was happening with our flats and any issues were dealt with promptly. All of the staff that we encountered were competent, friendly and helpful and a credit to One Stop Properties. Unfortunately our association has come to an end as we have just sold our last flat. Typically Wendy assisted us in organising the sale with a smooth transfer and provision of information despite the fact it meant she was losing the business. They always respond quickly to emails/phone calls, and are very polite and professional. We visited many properties before choosing a flat from 1Stop in April 2018 and at that time I recall there was only one (bad) review on Google Maps. Now there are several really good ones and I'm happy to add my 5 stars. I've dealt with property agencies before and was initially nervous about 1Stop, finding them a bit pedantic about their paperwork but during our tenancy we have found them to be friendly, helpful and professional. Issues have been dealt with when the property owner has agreed to repairs - and here is where 1Stop have to steer a potentially difficult course between tenant and property owner. As tenants, the three of us had a happy experience and if I was a property owner, I would choose 1Stop over any other agency in Glasgow.

I feel able to comment as I have been involved in property management for over forty years having bought my first flat in Partick when I was 18. My wife and I began using 1 Stop Properties for our Glasgow flats when we moved to live in Spain 11 years ago and have found them to be in a class of their own. We never have issues with Council Tax demands following the departure of a tenant, unlike our experience with agents out with the city. Inspections during tenancy are carried out regularly and tenants are happy with the service provided. Rent statements are clear and easily understood. Having been a tenant for ten years before the landlord decided suddenly to sell the flat, I've never experienced any issues with the agent. They acted when I advised of any repairs needing done and while ultimately they need the landlords instruction they would always get the necessary done, including a replaced boiler and washing machine. When the landlord decided to sell out of the blue (and me still being on a short term assured tenancy agreement) Wendy personally called to discuss it with me before I got the letter in the post, and she and Kirsty were happy to negotiate an extension to allow me time to find and move into my new house. On checking out of the flat, Kirsty was fair and reasonable in assessing the flat's condition and arranged a full deposit refund, which lifted a lot of stress for me. I had a much poorer experience with another letting agent previously and was pleased not to have this repeated. Renting isn't easy and it isn't always smooth sailing but the people at One Stop were always professional and fair with me.

After a challenging and unsatisfactory experience with a previous letting agent in Glasgow, including irregular and "lost" rental payments, as a landlord we started working with 1Stop Properties in January 2013 and have nothing but praise for their performance. Most importantly, payments have been processed on time every month for 5 years without exception. Once the P.M started to drive the project for the factors things started to get to get moving......slowly at first as the factors still proved to be obstructive. My flatmate Harry and I lived in a OSP two bedroom flat on Moir Street, Glasgow for around 11 months (we moved in at the end of September 2019 and moved out in early August 2020). OSP were responsive to the various issues raised throughout our tenancy, mostly to do with the ingress of vagrants into the stairwell which was largely outside of their control. As other reviewers have mentioned, they gave us an opportunity to return to the flat after we'd moved out to clean a couple of spaces we'd missed, meaning we were able to receive our full deposit back. Considering how letting agents are notorious for withholding partial deposits, I thought this alone was highly commendable on OSP's part and warranted a 5-star review. Thanks OSP, and if I'm ever staying in Glasgow again I won't look anywhere else for a property to rent.

I found 1 Stop a breath of fresh air after having nothing but trouble with a number of 'big name' Agents over the years while renting properties. Almost without exception every problem/query was dealt with or a remediation instigated within 24 hours.
