Parker Property have managed my property for over 5 years. The help and support from Libby and her staff has been second to none. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to any prospective landlord.

I had four and a half years renting with Parker Property and the experience was a pleasure. Whenever there was an issue, they dealt with it quickly and with a smile. Any repairs were done promptly and properly and all in all we couldn’t have had a better relationship. I was a tenant in a property which Parker Property acted as the letting agent for 4 years, I found them really helpful and professional in all my dealings with them Whenever there was any issue with the flat ( and there weren't many ) these were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I thought the attitude of Libby and her staff in any general dealings I had with them was always helpful. I also liked the way they respected the privacy of the tenant in that while they carried out the agreed flat inspections, I was always made to feel like the flat was my home. On conclusion of my tenancy, the final inspection was conducted fairly and the return of my deposit was expedited quickly. I was genuinely sorry that I couldn't lease my next flat through the company ( and that was purely down to them not having a suitable property at the time I had to move ). I would strongly recommend them and would have no hesitation in re-using Parker Property myself should the need arise.

I presently use Parker Property to manage my property and have always found them to be friendly and thoroughly professional, and have no hesitation recommending them. I have never had any issues with tenants that Parker Property have found or had any of the tenants comment negatively about Parker Property. Parker Property was an absolute dream of a letting agency. For about 2 years I lived renting this lovely flat in an old building near Glasgow city centre. My girlfriend rented a beautiful 1 bed flat in the west end of Glasgow through Parker Properties. We decided to move in together and both really loved the area so were very keen to stay in the same street, Libby and Parker properties couldn't have been more helpful with keeping us posted with properties that were on the market and were soon to be on the market. We soon secured our new 2 bed place on the same street and the whole process was managed with professionalism and we were kept up to date every step of the way (transferring of deposit, helping with the lease and negotiating with the landlord about our small dog), the whole process was considerably less stressful than previous times we have both moved, which in no small part was down to our letting agent. I have been letting 2 properties now with Parker Property for the past 3 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have never had a gap inbetween rentals and the girls in the office take care of everything. Another thing I like is that's it's the same girls in the office who I have been dealing with from the start and my tenants seem to find them very helpful, pleasant and polite as they take care of everything straight away and alway get me the best quotes for any work needing done. 10 out of 10!
