My lease with with Property 4 U lasted six years. My experience has been great from the beggining to the end of the contract. The flat I rented was in excellent conditions. Communication with the team has always been easy and quick. Issues were always faced with a honest, friendly and professional attitude, providing prompt maintenance when needed. I highly recommend this agency if you are looking for a place to rent in Glasgow :)

Zubair and team were such a huge help as an agency! Great friendly service when letting, they made the letting process accessible and straightforward. The team were lovely. I don’t know about the other reviews about the condition of the flats but from my experience I was pleasantly surprised my let was a lovely wee flat - if there was anything needing fixed there was always prompt maintenance when I contacted. On top of that the flat was really affordable! I would highly recommend.

This is mine and my family s experience. We sold our property and we tried to find something to rent,we viewed few flats,sent all documents, gave deposit, and been told to wait so landlord can decide whom they want.I explained letting agents that we don't have time to wait because in 1 week we have to give our house keys.That mean we will be homeless and on the street with 4 children.But nobody cared,they just didn't even listen us. Then my husband started to phoning random letting agents from Facebook and came across Zubeyr.He understood our situation, he phoned one of the landlords, and told us to come to see the flat.We saw flat ,and finish paperwork and got keys,all in one hour. This is an amazing letting agent. I have now had my properties, with property 4 U,on Cathcart Road, Glasgow, for 20 years,and these guys have given me absolutely zero stress, with regards flats lying empty and unnecessary charges, that all the other letting agents try and fool the landlords with. I highly recommend Zubair and his team, for their honest and humanitarian approach, to this cut throat, crooked industry.

I rented a flat from this agency in South Glasgow, and the service I got was excellent all the way from the start to the end of my stay there. Since the beginning of my communications with the company, they have been very prompt at replying. When arrived to Glasgow, they were kind enough to open the office on a Sunday so we could do the paperwork and hand me the keys. On top of that, they gave me a ride to my new flat, which I think was outstanding customer care! The flat I rented was in very good condition, even had a new mattress. While I was a tenant, any inquiries or assistance I needed were quickly solved, or help was provided, no major hassles or delays. I highly recomment this agency to anyone moving to Glasgow, no pricey fees or difficult people to deal with, on the contrary, always kind and available.

Great experience with Property 4U! I had just arrived in Glasgow from France, and was having a though time finding a place since I didn't have a precedent landlord's reference. The agency was amazing, understanding of my situation and not holding it against my application. M. Inwar and the agency definitely go beyond what a regular agency would do, always shortly available, giving out a hand / being flexible whenever they can - for me being foreign and especially during COVID times, it made a world of difference. I have and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Glasgow!

I rent a flat with this agency in New Gorbals since 2019, whenever I or my flatmates had a problem in a flat, the agency always responded very quickly. This week our boiler broke and the agent Zubair came over on a Sunday and fixed it for us. Zubair is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Property in New Gorbals Very satisfied with the guys in the company! I was really concerned about this company while reading these comments but finally I ended up very satisfied! At the beginning, we had to move in immediately a day BEFORE the move in date. The guys let us in before the cleaning company and we were shocked from the flat condition but this is not a problem of the renting agency. On the next day, everything was cleaned, repaired and freshly painted. We had some stuff to be fixed during the renting period as broken door or problems with the washing machine and they send us a guy to fix them either on the same day but not late than the following (very nice Polish guy). Usually the other rental companies would not bother with any personal circumstances but these guys came on Saturday( company day off) to make a final inspection because we had to leave the city on the same day - highly appreciated! The only thing a do not like is that they provide only a Paid reference but this is a company decision. Overall, very good experience with Property 4U. If you were concerned with the negative comments below - trust me, I had the same problem at the beginning but ended up nicely surpassed!

I find my flats nice and clean and i left them the same.
