c. t.Found a flat on rightmove that property angels are managing on behalf of the landlord. From the first enquiry, they were so helpful and informative, they carried out plenty of checks, when I went to sign the tenancy they gave me a ton of paperwork for gas/electric checks, PAT testing, legionnaires disease, even before that they carried out a detailed survey of the property with pictures and information so you knew everything that was there and its condition. Having now lived here 4 months so far, still very happy, if I need help with anything, they are on the ball and send their people (handyman, electrician) out whenever suits me as I arrange directly with the person, and the problem gets resolved. Staff have always been so lovely, especially Hazel and Angie. Keeps me feeling safe knowing I've got good people and not some dodgy landlord you constantly worry about.
R. K.While we were abroad for a couple of years we have used this agency to let our house out. Although the staff was very polite and pleasant over the phone they were slow at responding to emails. Most of the time they were late payments. Had to remind them on several occasions that they were behind the agreed schedule. Their electrical and mechanical contractors provided no price break down for services, just an overall price for electrical works and heating system upgrade. Our furniture leather couch and chair were returned with indentation marks from the storage the agency provided. The Property Angels agency may have improved since then but our experience could have been better.

Property Angels have taken on all of my properties now and have removed any requirement for me to get involved.
