I have let a flat in the west end of Glasgow with Rettie Lettings for around ten years and have found them to be friendly, reliable and efficient. They have handled the turnover of tenants seamlessly, responded promptly to requests and questions, found trades people to do any necessary work, and have altogether behaved competently and professionally. I am leaving the rental market now but would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to others looking for a rental agent. My first contact in the department was Grace Morrison who is still there and continues to deliver; latterly my contact has been Katrina Westhead who has maintained the tradition of friendly help. Thank you to you both and the rest of your team.

Having rented a property in the west end of Glasgow for 3 years from Rettie, I could not have had a better letting agent. The team were very response to an issues with the property( although these were rare). These were resolved very rapidly and on one occasion they had the plumber out the same day to look at the boiler. A special mention for Katrina who was always helpful and professional from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out. When I return to Glasgow I will be contacting Rettie first.

Rettie & Co have been amazing to deal with. We have recently had the need to Let a flat, out of country, for my daughter who is completing her Masters degree at the University of Glasgow. We started our search by sifting through the numerous flats to let listed on Google, often only to be disappointed to find that they have already been let. Out of frustration I contacted Retti and Co. who were very sympathetic of our situation and put my mind to rest that they would endeavor to find us something in time for the start of the school year. After just a few short weeks, we had signed a lease and our daughter moved into a beautiful flat in September on the West side of Glasgow.
