Just wanted to shout-out my property manager Lesley who has been great with an issue I had recently with the fridge in the property I rent from ritehome. They have been so helpful through the process. It makes me confident that any other issues should they occur will be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Myself & my wife trusted our flat our home in Glasgow to Ritehome to manage the property almost 12 years ago today. My wife & I live & work in New York City & being so far away we depend completely on the staff at Ritehome to organize repairs that need done. For example, we trust in them to screen prospective new tenants to live in our home. We also place our trust in them that if a tenant has reported a much needed repair that the repair will be done in a timely manner. In every aspect of the management of our flat our home Ritehome has excelled beyond our wildest dreams. The trust that we have placed in them has never been compromised, not for a second. From here in the United States of America Manager Robert Nixon can be reached with a simple phone call. I have come to ask advice from Robert recently given the uncertain economic outlook these days. Robert Nixon never hesitates to take your call & does not pass it on to his secretary. Such is his dedication to excellence and customer care.. Robert Nixon is courteous, possesses a wealth of information in relation to your property & displays a professionalism seldom seen these days in the age of Computers & the like. I cannot stress enough how lucky we were to find Ritehome. Because of the staff at Ritehome we have been able to realize a lifelong dream of living in America whilst still keeping our home in Scotland in tip top condition. We are notified immediately if any of our tenants are leaving & the search begins to find a new tenant for our property immediately. Then their follows a strict verification process of the prospective Tenant & in no time at all we have a new Tenant. I forgot to add Ritehome also carries out random inspections on your property to ensure all is well & no damage accidentally or otherwise has been done to your home. I apologize for the long review of RItehome. I tried to make it short. I found it impossible. RItehome really is the most professional, courteous, informative, and caring Home management company in the business! Thank you all at Ritehome , we never could have done it without you. I am really quite impressed with ritehome ... they were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole application process, providing personalised attention and assistance with detailed technical questions. And then, after i had moved in and realised there was a problem with the washing machine, they had a brand new washing machine delivered and installed within only three days! Overall, i have found them to be well organised, efficient, capable and reasonable with a refreshingly customer-focused attitude. It is a great feeling to know that your landlord is on the same side as you are.

After 2 1/2 years I'm moving out of the flat that I rented via RiteHome and I'll be sad to leave the place. RiteHome have been a buffer between myself and a very pleasant landlord, and professional at every turn. Everything has been done by the book, from viewing to tenancy agreement, deposit scheme and finally moving out. Their staff have been responsive to any issues (helped by an awesome landlord) and I would have absolutely no problem recommending them if they're looking after a property you're considering renting.

Excellent letting and estate agency. Service was exceptional. I let my property in Glasgow with RiteHome from 2013 until I sold the property in 2020. They conduct proper inventories and have found me tenants so fast that I had no gaps in income. They conduct regular checks on your property and report promptly to the landlord. They also keep you up to date on any safety checks needed. I have NEVER received a late rent payment from them. In 2019 I decided to sell the property and instructed RiteHome as the selling agent. I had some issues resulting from my survey and being a distant landlord I was faced with problems that I could not solve from afar. The staff and business owner at Ritehome stepped up and helped me through this difficult time way beyond what is expected from a letting/estate agent. They were superb. I cannot thank them enough. Once the issues were sorted they very promptly found me a buyer for my property who was an investor who took on my current tenant. The business owner has good connections with potential investors and surveyors. I have now completed my sale successfully. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a more personal service. This is particularly important if you are a remote landlord or seller.
