Had a great experience renting with this agency. The move-in and move-out process was very easy. The agents agreed to do a facetime property viewing (as we were living far away at the time) and proposed very reasonable deposit and rent payment conditions for an international student. In addition, the agents made sure that the flat was indeed cleaned to a professional standard prior to move-in, which was a very nice change from properties that I had to deal with previously. In a nutshell, the agents were very professional, friendly and helpful! Big thanks to property managers Brian and Alastair, who made the whole renting experience excellent!

Jennifer was very helpful for me and my friends. Despite current circumstances with Covid-19 they were able to arrange a live viewing of the property for us through a Zoom call and Jennifer was very professional and helpful with the questions we had. Highly recommend it for any students looking for flats! I used to live at a Grant flat and, after almost two years elsewhere, I can without a doubt say that Grant is an ideal agency. Although slightly more expensive, any problems we had were immediately taken care of, whether a broken lock, an ironer that wouldn't work or a boiler that didn't warm the water properly. Within 48 hours, all taken care off. I miss my time at a Grant flat.

We arranged a few viewings with Grant Property in Glasgow. One of the viewings had to be cancelled (no fault of their own) and we were informed immediately via text and email.
