When selling my flat I spoke to a number of different Estate Agencies to find out what options were available to me. I chose to use Scottish Property Centre because, although not the cheapest option, they offered the most comprehensive package. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and personable; he was able to explain the process simply and provided honest advice on the approach to take for the sale. I'm very glad to say that my property sold in less than a week. Throughout the process, the communication by SPC was excellent, they were always available and were even gracious enough to provide advice on a property I was considering buying, which had no benefit to them. I would thoroughly recommend SPC to anyone thinking of selling a property, they made a potentially stressful time (almost) effortless.

Choose Scottish Property Centre, you won't regret it! Craig, Donna and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing supporting us with the sale of two properties. All marketing materials were amazing quality and brought in great interest from buyers. All communication with the team was professional and we were never left waiting for a response. As a buyer, we also seem to be drawn to lots of properties marketed by Scottish Property Centre as they always make sure pictures and HD Videos look great. You might think going with online, fixed price estate agents is a good idea but moving house is a stressful enough time, don't make it more difficult by trying to track someone down at a call centre for your viewings or having no interest because your pictures are of poor quality!
