I’m seeing some bad reviews here and couldn’t be more surprised. Slater Hogg Howison Burnside are by FAR the best real estate team I have had the pleasure to do business with. Helped me sell my flat in just under a week and netted me a tidy little profit in doing so. Now I’m looking to buy and when I phone it never rings out and I have never had to leave a message. When I request home reports I get them immediatley and I have never had to wait longer than a working week for a viewing but that has always been down to the demand for viewings on the house rather than their capability. Absolute joy to deal with and all are very approachable and engaging. Looking to buy at the moment and they always pass on the most relevant properties to me, others send on info for anything going and leave me to vet the most appropriate for me. Everyone else I feel as if I have to step in and manage them / keep on at them but the girls at Burnside are exceedingly proactive, capable and continually show initiative in trying to find the best property for me and my fiancé.
