I had contacted David as I had a property to sell quickly and I needed a cash buyer to be sure it was quick in order to buy something else that I wanted. I was quite sceptical about wether it would work out or not. David came to the property when my tenants moved out, took photos and a video and then came back to me within 2/3 days with an offer that was £500 below home report and I accepted. All the way through until completion I was worried something would go wrong like the buyer pulling out or coming in with a lesser offer but it didn’t happen and it was a very straight forward sale. David worked with a solicitor who was really good and I ended up using her for my purchase aswell. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to someone who was in a similar position to me. In an ideal world I’d have put my property to the open market and maybe got a bit above home report but I didn’t have the time and I just needed it completed quickly so I didn’t lose my purchase. I also found David to be honest and helpful through what was a stressful and daunting process as I’d never sold a property. It took exactly 4 weeks from the offer to completion. Thanks again David.
