But most of all its the team, they are always available, always friendly and don't make a crisis out of a problem. They have made being a landlord in Scotland manageable. Thomson Residential Lettings were extremely supportive during my first experience of being a landlord. They had a lot of knowledge to draw upon, not only with making the completion of the required paperwork very straightforward but most importantly in choosing the right tenant. Thomson Residential Lettings provide excellent service, consistently. I rent one property with them and without exception every interaction I have had with them has been professional and designed to make renting my property as stress-free as possible. From speedy renting (one day on the market) to managing legalities and access for surveyors when remortgaging everything is handled to a high standard with absolute minimum hassle for the home owner. Thomson Residential Lettings are nothing like any letting agent I've ever dealt with. Professional, friendly, honest, and truly a cut above anyone we've dealt with in the past. To put it plainly- if we had to move again, we'd be checking Thomson Residential Lettings' stock first before even considering a different company. I've had my fair share of run-of-the-mill letting agents and it always feels like I've been conned (or am about to be somehow)- absolutely not the case with Neil & team. I've always felt like a bit of a second class citizen with other letting agents too. This, again, is not the case with Neil & team. It's easy to see why they've gone from strength to strength! This is how it should be. If you're thinking of renting from Thomson or becoming a landlord with them, don't hesitate- you won't regret it.
