From start to finish the Unicorn Homes team were all exceptional. To start with they gave me an estimate property valuation on initial contact, and provided an excellent fixed price sales package, they organised my home report, they took excellent photos and video, listed my property on all the popular online sites, and Dario facilitated all my viewings (30+) and dealt with the multiple offers at the closing date, all within two weeks of first listing. Karen was excellent at updating me at frequent intervals by phone and answering all my questions. I would 100% recommend Unicorn, for a reliable, cost effective and exceptional quality service.

Can't praise Unicorn Homes enough for the service they provided when selling our flat. Dario and Cara were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. As a business they provided a valuation, marketing, floorplan, video and photographs as well as liaising with a surveyor for producing a home report. My flat was sold in 10 days after going live.

Rented with them for over 10 years, were a great letting agent. Whenever there was an issue with flat it was always fixed really quickly (usually within a day or 2) Always made sure safety checks were up to date (gas boiler, smoke alarms etc) I had a few letting agents who were particularly difficult to deal with when I was at university but these guys were so easy to deal with, would happily go back and rent or buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

They were available on the phone, by email and messenger - therefore I could contact them any time I had a question - and I had loads - so thank you Karen & Dario! With their wealth of experience - they know the 'property game' inside out and their 'fixed price' is exactly that - no hidden extras (like charging for viewings etc). As a landlord can't speak highly enough about Dario and the team who always go the extra mile to deliver a first class service. They have managed my property for over 8 years and have always found a steady stream of tenants and have been thoroughly professional in all my dealings with them. Earlier this year I decided to sell the property and got sound advice about repairs and freshen up work required ahead of putting on market. Within 3 days of the property being marketed by Citywide I had accepted an offer which was in excess of what I had expected. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property you don't need to look any further than Citywide!

They gave us time to view the flat without making us feel rushed or obliged to make any quick decisions. Just finished a recent lease of about 8 months with the agency in a lovely South Side flat. Whenever I called them I received a response usually the same day, if not the next morning. When it came to maintenance issues they were resolved very quickly by actual professionals who knew what they were doing. The agent we had was excellent- professional, very friendly and understanding. When it came to the returning of the deposit it was very professional and fair (unlike some private landlords I have had!) As I was moving out they managed to secure a tenant before I had even left, so from a Landlords point of view they must be good The staff are also very nice in the office, Karen was a real gem! I had a great year with Citywide. I honestly wouldn't have left the flat if it wasn't for a house offer getting accepted. The team were always helpful and any issue was fixed by their dedicated team of repairmen. Their central location was helpful especially when I locked myself out. (Oops) When I first moved in I was told the single glazing would be changed to double within the week. I thought there was a fat chance of that happening but I was wrong.
