What attracted us at first to Walker Wylie was the very clear business model they use which makes it easy to understand what you are getting and how much you'll pay. You also only pay the bulk of the cost after the sale which has obvious benefits. The high quality of their work including their photographs also impressed us. Barry visited us and he was very professional but also down to earth. There was no hard sell, just good information and advice provided. We spoke to several other estate agents but it was an easy decision to go with Walker Wylie. It was a very good decision as we were very impressed with every aspect of the service provided. My house wasn't even on the market when we seen our dream home, which was being marketed by them.
After calling them for information on the new home, I got them out to speak about marketing ours. Stuart was very professional so we decided to get them to put it on the market for us. This was done very quickly, with amazing photos and great descriptions.
Only 2 days after it went on the market we had 3 viewings, 2 of which placed and offer and we accepted 1. So from first enquiry to offer, it was only a matter of 10 days. Now I'm no expert but I think this is an amazing achievement considering our house wasn't even on the market!
