So when it came to selling my father’s flat we turned to Yates Hellier again, and are very glad that we did. Ross was on top of every detail, and the flat sold quickly and for an excellent price. Every aspect of the sale was handled personally by Ross in a professional, knowledgeable and proactive manner, communication was excellent throughout, and Ross worked extremely hard to ensure that the property was marketed to its best advantage. Yates Hellier provide a personal and very effective service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them (and would certainly use them again if I was looking for an estate agent).

On viewing the property, Mr.Yates, a courteous professional with in-depth knowledge of the local property market, readily answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
