We had a really positive experience of buying a property through Andrews in Brockworth. Rebecca Crosby was in charge of the property sale and was excellent throughout the entire process. She was easily contactable and was very good at communicating with us and the sellers to help speed up the purchase. We can’t speak highly enough of her and the support she offered us; we would definitely recommend her and Andrews to anyone looking to buy.

Good advice and guidance abut the property market, great communication and quick response right from the start before and during listing and after the sale process started. Everyone at Andrews Brockworth was friendly, helpful and very professional. We exchanged and completed on the sale in record time, in no small part due to the Andrews Brockworth team efforts right from day one.

We sold and purchased properties via the Andrews Brockworth branch. Overall, we found them to be very informative, supportive and great communicators. Both Rebecca and John made us feel at ease and were great at showing us round new properties whilst also being very passionate about selling our property. We had considered using Purple Bricks initially, but it was clear during the process the value added using Andrews. We also used Garry Maisey the Andrews Mortgage advisor, who we have been using for years and cannot recommend highly enough. Additionally, Hannah in the post sales team was amazing during the time of selling to completing. Our only criticism was being recommended Andrews Move With Us to arrange a solicitor. Unfortunately the quote was misleading and did not include all of our requirements.

I have just started using Andrews to manage my buy-to-let property and am very impressed so far - they were very proactive in finding a tenant, all the paperwork is sent over in a timely manner, and they use a portal so signing paperwork is quick and easy. Every time I deal with them I am more than happy with the service I receive. I have talked to a few of their staff now (Rebecca, Cara, Lucy, Shayla, Josh, Dan P, & Dan H) and all of them are helpful and friendly. My experience has been all positive so far and I would definitely recommend their services.

We recently purchased a property through Andrews. We had been looking for over a year & met lots of estate agents. This was our first experience with Andrews. Rebecca was by far the best! Not only is she really relatable, she was really responsive & talked us through the process as first time buyers. Rebecca made a really stressful process - seamless! I would absolutely recommend Andrews but in particular the lovely Rebecca. This is our forever home but if we happened to sell or move- I would definitely be giving her a call!

We moved into the area a few weeks ago and purchased our bungalow through Andrews Estate Agents. It was John who originally showed us around our new home to be and we found him to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The next day we put our offer in and were very happy when it was accepted by the sellers. After that, we were contacted by Hannah, who like John, was very helpful. During the sale process, we had to contact the conveyancers a few times, but had problems getting through to them, but one quick call to Hannah and we were sorted. In short, both John and Hannah were always there to help and answer our questions and what's more important was that they were very easy to get hold of and deal with. Although we don't plan to move again, I will always recommend Andrews Estate Agents, as they made life so much easier.
