Josh is amazing and incredibly flexible, even offering a remote viewing on the weekend as we were moving up from Devon and the current tenant was difficult. We now have an amazing city centre flat with a great view of the docks at an incredible price. Responses to the inevitable minor maintenance issues you always get when moving in have been fast as well. So happy we went with Farr & Farr!

Really great service. Josh and Ben at Farr & Farr are helpful, friendly and professional. They always answer my calls and respond promptly to my emails - unlike a certain other local lettings agency I dealt with recently. I actually feel like a valued customer getting personal service. The whole moving process was completed swiftly and painlessly and all of my questions were answered and requests met. I also received a courtesy call about a week after moving in to check that everything was ok with my new flat, which I thought was a nice touch. Excellent lettings agency, I heartily recommend them and would use them again!
