John and Henry at Hayman Joyce are true professionals. We had the pleasure of selling our house with Hayman Joyce. John was the only agent who was on the same page as ourselves regarding the selling price. We achieved the asking price which was £150,000 more than some of the other agents we had out to value our house! Although Hayman Joyce did charge more to sell the house, we felt confident enough in their advice to pay the higher selling fee, which was more than compensated in the significantly higher selling price we achieved. John was even kind enough to give some useful advice regarding the house we purchased and then negotiating tactics we used to secure our new property. To top it off we received a lovely moving in hamper. Very much appreciated. Thanks so much to all the team who kept us very updated throughout the process. Keep up the good work.
